I have been wearing glasses and/or contact lenses since I was eight years old. I don’t even remember being able to see clearly without them. It is unbelievable that I don’t have to reach for a pair of glasses in the morning when I wake up or take off my contacts before I go to sleep.

Everyone at the Caster Eye Center was very helpful. They answered all my questions and erased any doubts I had about LASIK. Dr. Caster talked me through the entire procedure which was totally painless. Dr. Caster told me he was the best and I believe him. I would recommend the Caster Eye Center to all my friends who might benefit from the LASIK procedure.

After forty years of wearing contacts and glasses. I sat up in the chair immediately after the procedure and not only saw the clock but I could tell the time: 10:05. This procedure is absolutely amazing. The doctor and the staff were very supportive and answered all my questions – and some I hadn’t ever thought about. I elected to have monovision. It has been less than 24 hours, and if this is as good as it gets I’m extremely happy, however, the vision should get sharper as my eyes adjust to the monovision. No more glasses! White river rafting and water skiing here I come. Many thanks to all involved!

“Amazing” is the only word I can use to describe the outcome of my LASIK Eye Surgery that Dr. Caster performed.

When I woke up the next morning. I could see leaves on the trees, read license plates on cars and the fine point that before was totally unrecognizable!

I wish that those considering the operation could really believe now simple and painless it really is. The day after I was hitting Golf balls and could actually see where they were going. My vision is clearer and sharper than when I was wearing glasses or contacts. Quite simply, its a miracle.

When going home after the procedure, I was able to see clear across the room (with the vision a little out of focus). But, it felt like I still had my contact lenses in. (I slept most of the day.) When I woke up the next morning, I could see everything along the way, when I got to the doctor’s office, I learned that my vision was 20/20 (20/20 in my right eye and 20/30 in my left). It is truly amazing and just by looking into my eyes, you would never know I just underwent laser surgery.

After wearing glasses since I was in third grade and always having to be self conscious I feel like I’ve been given the best gift anybody can give themself. It was absolutely painless and not uncomfortable. What amazed me the most was that I woke up the morning after and everything was clear, I didn’t have to fumble around trying to find my other eyes (my glasses). I’ve always wanted to be able to swim and not have to be fearful of not getting our of the water just to find my glasses missing.

This is a remarkable step in medicine which will enable anyone with bad eye vision to be free of glasses and enjoy the beauty around them.

Every morning for as long as I can remember, I would wake and look out my window at a blur of green – they were trees actually, – but to me it was just s green blur. This morning, I opened my eyes and could see every leaf, every branch, every distinction of the different trees. It really feels as if Dr. Caster has performed a miracle. I’d recommend it to everyone!

Wow! What can I say? I am at a loss for words. This is truly a life changing experience. The restoration of my sight has given me new freedom. Dr. Caster is a miracle worker!
