I am a professional in a service business. I tell everyone with whom I come in contact with that I have never experienced service at this level. Additionally, although I had terrible to start with (-10 in both eyes), the very next day I had twenty-twenty vision.
To go from my vision to perfect vision the next day is truly amazing.

Oh my Goodness! You’ve done it, you’ve all really done it!
I don’t think that a simple thank you is adequate to describe the gratitude I feel for what you have been able to achieve on my behalf. For the first time in over forty years, I am able to wake in the morning and see the world without the assistance of corrective lens. I am certain you hear this all the time but, what an incredible feeling this is!!!

Your wonderful staff, all smiles and gentle manners, greeted me and immediately put me at ease. Laura, cheerfully and patiently explained and answered all of my inquires about the LASIK procedure. The amicable Roman took me and examined and measured my eyes with all your space age equipment. Then, Dr. Hoff, who is nothing short of brilliant in his approach to discover and demonstrate just the right the balance of correction, gave me the much needed confidence to proceed. Miss Cindy, who readied me for the procedure, using her personal experience with LASIK surgery, put me in a frame of mind to deal with everything that was about to happen.
Then the master took over. Dr. Caster, in matter of seconds, you were able to free me from my normally blurry world and gave me a new wonderful view. I am truly indebted to you and your entire staff for my new outlook, so to speak. Thank you all soooooo much!

I started wearing glasses when I was 8 years old. My vision was really BAD! I couldn’t see anything without my glasses. I had laser eye surgery in June if 1998, I was 19 years old. The surgery was easy and painless! It was over so quickly, I didn’t even have time to be nervous! Now, my vision is perfect. I will never forget the first time I bought a pair of sunglasses! Everyone in my family has had the surgery with Dr. Caster, and we are all thrilled with the results! Thank you so much!

The whole LASIK experience here was great, from the consultation 2 months ago, to the afternoon spent here for the pre-op eval & the procedure. It was great to have so many clearly qualified people evaluate me & explain things to me. I really felt that I could just keep asking questions & have them cheerfully answered until I felt satisfied & secured. Most importantly, I felt very safe in the hands of Dr. Caster during the procedure I had been very well prepared for what I would experience by Diane, Dr. Hoff, & the technicians. The results were dramatic -yesterday I had -6.5 in my lift eye & -6.25 in my right, & today I see 20/20. I have to keep reminding myself that I don’t have my contacts in. First of all, hum Ode To Joy while reading this letter for full effect.
LASIK worked. It worked better than any other medical procedure has ever worked in my life. I can see perfectly. Every now and then, I remember that I had the procedure done, and I shake my head in wonder. Most of the time, though, it’s forgotten. It’s like I never needed glasses. And that’s a great feeling. Now that I’m done complementing the true hero of this whole thing – the laser – let me say a few words about this alleged “Dr. Caster” and his office. This is the best medical office in America. No, I haven’t been to them all, but I’m extrapolating. The place is run like a Swiss watch factory, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the staff seems prepared at all times, there were no infuriating delays, mistakes, incompetence, etc.
The procedure is exactly as advertised. Painless. I’d prefer another LASIK by Dr. Caster to ripping a Band-Aid off. I’d prefer it to getting a throat culture. I’d prefer it to stubbing my toe, running out of Diet Coke or shaving. And I mean it. It’s an A+. I have zero complaints. Nothing but praise. This may seem redundant in light of all the other testimonials you’ve received, but I assure you–I am one of the crankiest and hypercritical patients to ever walk through the door. Damn, Caster and co. You’re great at what you do. I would thank you, but I’ve decided to pay you instead. You deserve it.

I am completely thrilled that I can now see and drive without using glasses or contacts. I was referred to Dr. Caster by a co-worker, and I am so glad I took her advice. I have very dry eyes and also needed contact lenses put in my eyes during the procedure. This caused for pretty blurry vision during the next couple days after surgery until the lenses were removed. I’m happy to say the very next day after the lenses were out, I was able to drive myself to work-happily. The Caster Eye Center staff (ALL of them) are completely wonderful. If it wasn’t for their attentive, friendly service, it would have been much harder to go through. Thank You VERY much!
