I love coming here. I’m coming for my annuals now and I had my procedure done 13 years ago. Genuinely this is one of the best appointments I have. During my procedure, I just remember staring at a light, hearing a bit of clicking, and almost like going into a nap so my experience was fantastic. They sit with you, they go over what’s going to happen, and they calm you so that’s wonderful. As for the procedure, I just remember it being the shortest experience and then going home with my shields and the next morning, I woke up reaching for my glasses but not needing them. I had astigmatism and started wearing glasses when I was 13 years old. I got to a point in adulthood where I thought this was my shot to no longer wear glasses. It was for comfort, enjoyment, and knowing that I didn’t have to get contacts anymore. I could just wake up and go. How I describe it is the best gift I gave myself. Make sure you’re doing it for yourself. With Dr. Caster, there’s a sense of assurance and I’ve recommended this office to my friends because they will let you know if you qualify. They’re not trying to sell you a pipe dream. They’re very factual and rooted in realistic expectations of what you come out of. At the end of the day, if you’re going with Dr. Caster, go for it!
