“I was really nervous coming into this procedure not really knowing what to expect but I think the nurturing from the entire office made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My vision was pretty bad before so I was ready to look into LASIK. I’m really happy I took that leap. Being young and having to constantly fidget with contact lenses was really irritating for me. I just really wanted to improve my everyday lifestyle and eliminate the cost of contact lenses. I got my procedure done in 2021 so it’s been a little over 3 years and I’m feeling great! I highly recommend this procedure and specifically coming to this office. My advice to people considering this is to do your research. Something that I found really helpful was the credibility of Dr. Caster and the entire office compared to a lot of different practices in LA to see who you could trust your eyes with. That’s where I felt like I could really trust this team. In general, when you’re in these kinds of medical environments you feel that you don’t get that care or empathy from people. This team was kind and empathetic with me, guiding me, providing me with all the information, answering my questions, and really taking the time to talk to me. That was really important for me just to treat me like a human being.
